01Who we are

QIservices is a staffing agency based in Doral, Florida. We connect people looking for work with companies that need reliable staff. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website (qiservices.us), how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

If you work with us as an employee or contractor, or if your company hires our services, other agreements and notices may also apply to you.

02Information we collect

When you send us a message (Contact form): your name, company, the position you are interested in, email, phone number, your message and whether you are an employer or a candidate.

When you apply for work (Jobs form):

  • Contact and personal details: name, phone, email, date of birth, age and nationality.
  • Address: street, city, state and zip code.
  • Availability and skills: transportation, schedule, English level, other languages and whether you can lift more than 50 lb.
  • The positions you want, your work experience and your resume (PDF or Word file).
  • Work authorization: whether you have employment authorization and a Social Security number, and the authorization category. The public application does not ask for your Social Security number.
  • Any physical impairment or allergy you choose to tell us about.
  • How you heard about us, who referred you, and your typed signature and date.

When you are hired (a private onboarding page we send you by link): your contact details and address; copies of your work-authorization document, Social Security card, photo ID and a void check or bank letter for direct deposit; and your typed signature on the employment acknowledgment. These documents go to a private, access-restricted folder used only by our HR team; they are never sent by email, and we use them only to complete your hiring (including Form I-9), payroll and direct deposit.

Automatically, when you visit: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser, the pages you open and the time of your visit. We use it to keep the site running and secure. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy first.

Information kept only in your browser: the Career Center saves your course progress and your language preference on your own device, and the site remembers during your visit that its opening animation has already played. This stays in your browser; it is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

03How we use your information

  • To answer your messages and requests.
  • To review your application and match you with assignments at our client companies.
  • To contact you about jobs and your application by phone, email or WhatsApp.
  • To check that you can legally work in the United States and meet the requirements of a role.
  • To arrange reasonable accommodations and safe assignments, if you told us about an impairment or allergy.
  • To keep our website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
  • To meet our legal obligations, such as employment record-keeping.

QIservices is an equal opportunity employer. We do not use any of this information to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristic protected by law.

04Background checks

Some assignments require a background check. We only run one after giving you a separate written disclosure and receiving your written authorization, as the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires. Background checks are not carried out through this website.

05Who we share it with

  • Client companies: when we present you as a candidate for an assignment, we share the information relevant to that role, such as your name, experience, availability and resume.
  • Service providers who help us run the website and our office, such as website hosting, email delivery and secure cloud storage for forms and resumes. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of people and of our company.
  • A future owner, if our business is ever merged or sold, under this same policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

06Third-party features

Our Contact page shows a map from Google Maps, and some buttons open WhatsApp, Facebook or your phone app. When you use them, those companies may collect information under their own privacy policies (Google, Meta). We do not control that collection.

07How long we keep it

We keep messages from the Contact form for as long as we need to answer them and follow up, and generally no longer than two years.

We keep job applications and resumes for at least one year after we receive them, as federal record-keeping rules require, and generally no longer than three years, unless you work with us (then your records follow employment law) or you ask us to keep your profile active for future openings.

08How we protect it

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), we limit access to the team members who need it, and the resume upload only accepts PDF and Word files up to 4 MB. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send your Social Security number, bank details or identity documents through the public forms, by email or by WhatsApp. If you are hired, we send you a private onboarding link to upload them securely.

09Your choices and rights

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it or to update your application.
  • Ask us to delete it or withdraw your application, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Tell us to stop contacting you about job openings at any time.

Write to us or call us (see below). We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights; we will honor them as the law requires.

10Minors

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Applicants must meet the minimum age required for each role, which is generally 18.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version; if the changes are important, we will point them out on the website.
